Ealing Film Festival began on 15 October and continues until the 18th. ActOne Cinema and Ealing Picturehouse host a selection of short films, with workshops and networking to discover emerging talent.

Short films let us move between moods, countries and viewpoints in a single screening. These events appeal to me because they offer an alternative to always seeking the biggest release. They can also add a cultural experience to a visit to London.
